    Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

    To start the return process, please email us at sales@worldlyseeds.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@worldlyseeds.com so that we can resolve the issue.

    Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

    If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
