USDA Organic Forest Green Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) is a variety of parsley known for its dark green, curled leaves and strong, fresh flavor. It is commonly used as a garnish, but also adds a flavorful touch to many dishes, such as soups, stews, and salads. Parsley is a biennial plant, which means it will produce leaves the first year, and flowers and seeds the second year.

    • Partial shade to full sun
